What can I expect AFTER MY Sound Bath experience?

Many people have tried meditation before and found it to be too challenging, so they gave up.

It takes dedication and A LOT of practice to be able to really clear one’s mind in order to reap the most benefits from meditating alone.

When I discovered South Healing, I realized this was the answer for those who struggle to meditate. The sounds make it so much easier to clear your mind and get into a space of complete and total relaxation, so your body & energy can heal.

There is no need to have previous meditation experience. You just show up and get comfortable in one of the cozy spaces provided. Then you just relax & listen.

The sounds and your body will do the rest.

The vibrational frequencies being played while you rest will penetrate your body and heal you from within.

In the hours or days after a sound bath healing session, there are many positive effects an individual may experience, such as:
